yesterday's post

I totally forgot to post yesterday. I tried to remember what I ate, but may not be completely accurate
yesterday
breakfast: 1/2 c. oatmeal with fresh blueberries, 4 oz oj, coffee with 1 splenda and 1 tbsp non-dairy creamer
lunch: red leaf lettuce, chopped cabbage, wheat sprouts, dried cranberries, grape tomatoes, approx. 2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles, approx. 10 almonds, 1-2 tbsp lite Caesar dressing
afternoon: Fiber One granola bar, small handful cashews
dinner: 1/2 acorn roasted with a drizzle of olive oil, 1 tsp. honey, 8 oz oj,
evening: 1 serving triscuit like crackers (8 crackers)

Today
Fitness
weight: 116 lbs
breakfast: 2 Kellog's blueberry Nutrigrain waffles, 4 oz. oj, coffee with 1 splenda and 1 tbsp non-dairy creamer
lunch:1/2 acorn roasted with a drizzle of olive oil, 1 tsp. honey, 1 can V8 juice,
1 serving triscuit like crackers (8 crackers), grape tomatoes
dinner: 1 1/4 c. pasta, 1 c. pasta sauce, 1 large glass of merlot

Yoga
After school today, I came home and used my yoga fan to do a routine for about 25 minutes. This is really the first time I have done yoga since hurting my ankle. I did some modified sun salutations and did poses that put minimal weight on my ankle. I tried to focus on breathing. I felt very flexible today and was happy to be back to yoga.

Other Information:
For some reason I am feeling a little overwhelmed. We are having a Christmas party next week, we have a party to go to this Friday, there is a Christmas concert at school next week, I need a haircut and highlight, I need to finish my Christmas cards, and have a lot of cleaning to do. Really, I don't have that much going on - there have been many times when I have been much busier.
