breakfast: 1 FiberOne granola bar, 4 oz. oj, coffee with 1 Splenda, 1 tbsp. non-dairy creamer
lunch: 1 c. pasta with red sauce
dinner: oh, why did I say I would post everything I eat? 4 chocolate chip cookies (which are supposed to be for a Christmas party tomorrow), 4 oz. oj
Yoga - no exercise today, other than walking around at work, a quick trip to Costco, and a Christmas concert at church. My ankle is a little sore right now and it is almost bed time. I am out of time for exersicing today.
Other Information:
I have a 45-50 minute drive to and from work everyday. I have really come to appreciate the satellite radio in the Cadillac. This week I have been singing along to Christmas carols and really enjoying myself. Sometimes I am lost in the music.
