Fitness
weight: 119 lbs.
breakfast: 2 Ego Nutrigrain waffles
lunch: salad - red leaf lettuce, cabbage, grape tomatoes, 1-2 tbsp. lite balsamic vinaigrette dressing
snacks: 1 cup blackberries
1 lifesaver
5 cashews
dinner: plate full of salad - red leaf lettuce, cabbage, grape tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, blue cheese crumbles, bean sprouts, dried cranberries, 1-2 tbsp. lite balsamic vinaigrette dressing
8 oz OJ
Weight Watchers points: approximately 22

My exercise was limited today, just stomach exercises and 50 girl push ups.
