lunch: bowl of vegetable soup, 10 tortilla chips, 1 cherry cordial,
other: 3 peppermint candies
dinner: Subway - 6 inch veggie delight, no cheese, a little mustard, Baked Lays bbq chips
snack: 1 cup Reese's Pieces cereal with 1/2 c. soy milk
No exercise today due to our totally unorganized, chaotic school Christmas concert.
I have completed half of my exercise goal for this week, but didn't do such a great job on eating slowly and enjoying my food today.
