Finding energy

Fitness/Yoga
After a day of working in less than ideal conditions and not getting much sleep, I didn't have much energy for yoga. I can usually muster up the strength to go for a walk, which is what I did. I walked for about 50 minutes, from my house to Target and back. Actually, I walked most of the 50 minutes and threw in a little jogging, maybe a total of 5 minutes? I was happy it was only 100 degrees when I left for my walk.

After some ice water, I did some ab exercises and 10-15 minutes of yoga, making up my own routine. I did some sun salutations and practiced a few things I have been working on - holding myself about an inch off the ground in a plank position, pigeon pose, and crow (start off in a head stand with knees on elbow, then lift head off ground).

My eating habits are not quite back on track after a weekend of over eating. A trip to the grocery store to buy healthy food is in order. First I need to make some kind of menu. Maybe tomorrow? Maybe not until Thursday.

Other Info.
Tomorrow - working from home, processing library books. I hope to finish my level 3 Bryan Kest DVD tomorrow in the midst of working and doing laundry.
